Close to the beach

The second-floor deck needs urgent repairs!!! Moldy and dirty rooms create a significant discomfort!!! Poor maintenance and cleanliness make the entire place feel rundown!!!

great beach access but room cleanliness could improve

The location is perfect if you want something straight on the beach. The view from our Three-Bedroom Suite was beautiful, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our family. Additionally, the staff were friendly and responsive, making our stay enjoyable. We loved watching the sunset from our balcony.

Didn't like anything, except location.

palm grove has a great location, just very close to the beach. the seasonal outdoor pool was lovely, and it provided a nice place to relax between beach visits. the staff did their best to help us, and when we finally got moved to a different hotel, it was a big relief.

better cleanliness and updates to rooms needed.

Our stay in the Two-Bedroom Suite wasn't great. It wasn't the room we paid for, and we got stuck inside the first night without a key. The TV and WiFi didn’t work either. I was glad they moved us to a different place after the first night, but it felt like a hassle. Also, the room conditions were pretty disappointing, definitely not what the pictures showed.

The location of Palm Grove is fantastic, really close to the beach. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool during our stay. I appreciated the parquet floor, it felt cleaner than carpet. The laundry facilities were convenient, which helped with our beach gear. On the downside, the room I got needed serious cleaning. I found dust and dirt under the bed. The furniture looked worn and several items needed repair. The front desk staff could have been more attentive. they seemed unbothered when I reported issues. WiFi didn’t work well, making it hard to plan our activities. Overall, the hotel has potential with great features but falls short on maintenance. It feels like they could do a better job keeping the place up to standard.

The room had decent air conditioning, a fridge, and a comfy bed. Location was nice since it was right on the beach. Cleanliness was alright too. But the pool was closed, which was a bummer, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Overall, not too shabby if you're just looking to crash at night.
